WINE TASTING EXHIBIT
Introducing the newest addition to the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival — an elevated wine tasting experience that highlights the richness and diversity of California’s exceptional wineries. Unlike most festivals in the local region, this curated tasting lounge invites guests to dive deeper into the world of exceptional local wines, all within a refined and welcoming setting. Designed to appeal to a broad and diverse audience — from seasoned wine aficionados with a refined palate to curious newcomers eager to expand their knowledge — the experience offers a perfect platform to taste, learn, and discover standout California vintners.

About the Exhibit
The wine tasting exhibit will feature 16 hand-selected wineries, comfortable lounge seating out front with a thoughtfully designed aesthetic, and the exclusive Hideaway Lounge Tent — an intimate retreat ideal for small groups to relax, sip, and connect.
The tasting exhibit pricing is $65 per day per participant, which includes the tasting glass and covers tastings at all tables.

WHAT IS REQUIRED
Wine Contribution
A minimum of 10 cases per day. Wineries are welcome to feature more than two varietals if desired. Wineries must get approval on the varietals and case quantities for each varietal from the event coordinators. We also consider applications for single day involvement. Please mark in your application if you can only participate one of the days.
Pour Size
Standard tasting pours of 1 oz per guest, per varietal.
Staffing
Each winery must provide its own team to pour and engage with guests. Winery Staff will also need to ensure they mark participants' wine passports that they have completed a tasting, as this is not an unlimited tasting experience.
Limited Availability
To ensure an optimal experience for both wineries and guests, participation is limited to just 16 winery partners. Spaces will be filled on a rolling basis as applications are approved.
What You Get
No Cost Beyond Wine Contribution to Participate
Wineries are invited to engage directly with attendees at no cost beyond the wine contribution. The event will provide a dedicated space within the tasting tent, complete with a table and tablecloth, allowing your brand to connect with wine lovers in a lively, high-traffic environment.
As one of the largest and most beloved festivals in the Bay Area, the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival offers an exceptional platform for extended brand exposure and meaningful connections with new clientele.
Extensive Marketing & Brand Visibility
The wine tasting exhibit will be heavily promoted across digital and social channels. Participating wineries will be prominently featured on the event website, with winery profiles and details on the varietals being poured. In addition, wineries will be spotlighted on the event’s social media platforms, expanding visibility before, during, and after the event.
Onsite Branding Included
Each winery’s logo will be included on a step-and-repeat selfie wall at the entrance of the wine tasting experience, offering a high-impact, photo-ready branding opportunity that puts your name in front of thousands of festivalgoers.
